Must be 18 years or older

Reliable transportation

Basic tools for the job: knob locks, deadbolt locks, lockboxes, contractor keys

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AREN'T REQUIRED BUT ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

General liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage

Errors and omissions insurance with $500, 000 in coverage
